ALL ABOUT LIFE IN QUARANTINE

I feel that since we have all been given a pause during this crisis, that it is a perfect and smart moment to focus on what we normally don't have time to do on a regular basis, which can also benefit us in some way or manner.


Due to this newfound free time, everybody needs to figure out how to organize and manage their days better with school, possibly think about their health, eating better, exercising more at home, taking breaks off of social media, creating new hobbies and How to limit the number of shows we are currently binging on Netflix...


This Video is an intimate and personal glimpse into my life in quarantine currently. I wanted to document my everyday life and the changes that have been made. My theme throughout the video was focussing on my time and generally my health to prioritizing growing more healthy, mind, body and spirit. Especially during this time, since it is really easy to be anxious for some people, which I personally struggle with a lot.


Even though everyone is experiencing this differently, I hope that with this video people can relate with the struggle to staying productive, making mindful choices and adapting to this new lifestyle for the time being.
